Not sure if any of you Nordies used to listen to RTE Radio 2 but Larry Gogan died. Larry will always be remembered for the 'Just a minute quiz'. Some right fecking eejits used to ring into the show to take the quiz and some legendary answers were given. One example below...

Larry: As happy as ....?
Eejit: ?????
Larry: I'll give you a clue....think of me
Eejit: a pig in sh1t.

On a serious note, is there an Irish DJ serial killer on the loose? Can Shan Coyle explain his whereabouts?

To be fair, great musician average lyricist could be said about 90% of rock musicians. Deep Purple are a prime example, in fact, average would be generous

The terms "Great", "Legend", "Hero" and others are used far too often when describing modern celebs, but it is my opinion that all of these and more genuinely do apply to the latest of our underground army ...

The great, the legendary, the heroic ... and the humble ... one and only Harry Gregg O.B.E.

The world is a poorer place now with Harry's passing.

R.I.P. Harry. :(

and the world's a poorer place every day with Shanner's passing (of the rugby ball).

Capt. you have been missing so long I thought you had joined the underground as well

But must agree the Late Great Harry was truly the original --- Humble Hero

Nearly to the point of making me a ManU supporter --- but only nearly

Strangely I never heard of this guy. Just read about him now and he sure sounded heroic.

No....

Not Kenny Rogers.

There’ll be an official day of mourning in Tyrone for sure.

But he did have a few words of advice for the English Rugby team --but Marler forgot them
