Much better game than the Irish.

Bish bash bosh made very little impression against the French but i think they're improving all the time.

World cup has come too early for them.

'Les Blues' are going to be hard to beat on their home turf.

'Les Bleus'

thought england done OK. says a lot that dallaglio and catt we're englands best players... they tried to have a plan B but it didn't really have any depth...

froggies weren't particularly convincing... reckon they had adapted their game for england's plan A tho

not greatly impressed by les croakers

England looked as bad as ever behind the scrum which again looks one paced

Les croakers appear to relie on a few key players like Betson and chaval playing in the second row

Thats one mobile second row forward but it provides pace to the pack as a whole by playing 4 backrow forwards ie a front 4 and a back four instead of front 5
2B or not 2B that is the question ?

Insect bite brings down giant prop Sheridan
LONDON (Reuters) - Giant England prop Andrew Sheridan has been ruled out of Saturday's World Cup warm-up against France in Marseille by an infected insect bite.

The 119 kg, 1.95-metre forward was admitted to hospital on Sunday night and is on intravenous antibiotics, the Rugby Football Union said in a statement.

Sheridan had been expected to play on Saturday as coach Brian Ashton has said he will play his strongest XV - a selection he was due to name later on Tuesday.
