I can only assume they mean the audio highlights. Sounds distinctly AM frequency stuff. Maybe that is the way the Blazers in D4 get most of their updates from the bleak north?

I'm loving iHumphs gummy grin as he runs back after the kick, that's a guy playing with confidence, someone that is enjoying his game and its what I love about Ulster at the minute.

We as supporters bleat on about playing for the shirt, playing with pride and passion. Well I reckon that's as good of an example as any.

I think Auntie has c*cked up  , on NI sports page there's a pic of Hugo and a click here to "Watch" .. hopefully they'll get their act together (there's a complete section devoted to updating the NI website apparently  ) and save our feathered friend some work.

Isa getting wiped by DT has to make the highlights

I must say I like Whitten's idea of celebrating Hugo's try - which appears to consist of tackling him and knocking him to the ground :D :D

I was more impressed by BJ's reaction which went something like this:

"Damned if I am going to run 55m and back again. I'll dander back to be ready for the restart."
