Something makes me think there are quite a few people around Bath Rugby who think Trimble is pretty quick!

In a big change to the match night experience this season at Ravenhill, supporters coming to the home friendlies will see the car-park area of the ground transformed into a food village with lots of activities to keep adults and kids amused pre-match - check www.ulsterrugby.com for more details prior to the matches or keep up to date by following us on Twitter at www.twitter.com/ulsterrugby
Wonder if this will be for every match (or at least the big ones) throughout the season or just for the friendlies??

liking this.
one would suspect that ulster rugby are watching the whiteknightoftheweld's posts very carefully and then adopting his ideas into their masterplan. i recommend 2000 free vuvuzelas being handed out before matches.

I'm back...

First of all I was so sick the last four days. Sore throat, stuffed nose, the scutters, vertigo..you name all things flu related and I had it. I was in the bed all the time watching Prison Break the season 1 boxset. I also rented Shutter Island from Xtra Vision. I also got up in the morning with terrible OCD. I couldn't stop smelling the milk carton for a smokey smell or some sort of smell that will do me damage. I washed my hands 40 times for no reason. I had porridge which didn't taste nice, and I threw half of my grill up in the bin...then I re-made it again with 4 sausages two rashers, mushrooms, and tomato sauce and I ate it all. I feel better now though.

Anyway Pre-Season what's happening? Does anyone know where Darren Cave went on holiday to? is ferris back from injury. I'm staying up all night I think I have insomnia.

Conas, you'll not get any banter on here at this time in the mornig. Try www.gaaboard.com there's nice Tyrone lad frequenting that site called gingerfromomagh, that'll banter with you. I don't know about OCD, but he can discuss paranoia.

Terrific news Conas. I think you need a full service concluding with a pullthrough in an attempt to sort out your system. If your mother is still in the land of the living, God help the long suffering saintly woman, I would get a full list of heriditary illnesses for your forebearers and see a specialist in each and every one. Only then can we be guaranteed your genius for comedy on an ongoing long term basis.

Please attend to this urgently - you appear to be almost secure in the unrelenting clutches of the grim reaper. Best of luck.

I'm back as well and Per season Ulster are playing a few matches after doing a spot of training, I know where Darren went on holiday and that is his business, Ferris is the 64 million $ question and if you are still awake then it's time you went to bed.

Hope you enjoyed the camping holiday at Portmuck, Rooster....although you should perhaps have taken a tent.

Would love to go where Conas is, but holidays to another planet tend to be very expensve.

Pre season going well so far.....been training to carry 4 pints at a time, and learning a bit of Italian for the Magners.

Wonder how the players are getting on?

Cheers Gary, I know how to order wine, beer and pizza so we will be ok in Italy, preseason here in Portmuck also going well, carry load of beer up the hill, good for leg muscles, then sit by pool drinking the beer good for arm muscles, not forgetting to use both arms otherwise you get a bit one sided, occasional swim to stretch most bits then more beer then repeat 4 sessions per day, working up a sweat so must be doing me good or perhaps it's the 35 C temperature.

Obviously not the Portmuck I'm thinking of then - absolutley no reason to be carrying beer UP that hill.
Can I come out from behind the sofa yet?
