Can't see how getting off a plane in Cork is going to feel much different to getting off a plane in Belfast tbh
I remember driving in and around Cork on the odd occasion with work and palm trees in front gardens seemed to be popular when compared to Belfast or Magherafelt for example. I posed the question as to why this seemed to be the case to a semi-native who explained it away as having something to do with their climate bordering on almost tropical. I dismissed this notion immediately of course and politely nodded.
Surely BJ has sucked this type of spin up believing the climate in Munster is closer to the more temperate climes of his homeland and hence a move with plenty of yoyos to sweeten the deal was a runner after all.
All the Palm trees in Belfast and Magherafelt have been killed by the harsh winter. I haven't been down, but I reckon the Cork Palms are knackered too. There wouldn't be any poofy plants like palms in Limerick, except possibly Shan's posh part.
On a side note I couldnt help but notice that he has changed his Avatar on Twitter from him in an [size=150 wrote:Ulster shirt to him in a Sharks shirt[/size].
Find that a little rude actually
Maybe he's feeling a bit homesick? Didn't he say last year he'd be looking to get home to SA in January to push for a World Cup place, after the HC finished for Ulster ???? I suppose compared to other years, he's working hard for his corn! He'll do us proud on Sunday.

Spot on there are 3 things you must do to beat Northampton:
1 - The above
2 - Get inside Hartley's head so their lineout goes pear shaped.
3 - Stop Downey getting over the game line
Do that and they are for the taking.
Don't do that and they will roll you over
and so, it begins.
a bit of slagging of BJ was inevitable from it became knowledge of him leaving.
can't believe u lads are stooping so low. should be ashamed of yourselves.
i didnt see the guy shirking any responsibility last friday night. he clearly hasnt left yet, even if you guys think he has
Left hand, right hand, it doesn't matter. I'm amphibious.
Wee Woman's right. BJ has been a revelation for us but it is odd that the week before our biggest game in 12 years that he changes his pic to him in a Sharks shirt. May not have been an intentional snub but it has raised a few eyebrows.

Definitely not slagging the great man, not at all, just was a little surprised withthe timing just before Ulsters biggestmatch in 15 years, that's all. As long as he is wearing the White jersey on Sunday I'll be happy. Would never question his commitment on the field, the guy only knows one way to play!
