Did everyone just get the email but it's only directed at ST holders? That's the only thing I can think off.

I have membership linked to my account.
◦URSC Adult
Valid to: 31.05.2012
◦2010-2011 Season Membership
Valid to: 06.05.2012
◦2010-2011 Season Membership
Valid to: 06.05.2012
◦2011-2012 Season Membership
Valid to: 06.05.2012
BUT I did NOT have 2 Season Tickets in 2010/11 and wonder how 2010/11 can possibly be valid until 06.05.2012.

Oh, it doesn't have my URSC on it either, so it's prolly not all attached to the missus account then.

Here is what is in the email, good luck if you get anywhere

Heineken Cup Quarter Final: Online Account Check
Dear Season Ticket Holder
Your email address has been linked to a 2011-12 season ticket. Please follow the attached instructions to ensure that you know your user login (which will be this email address) and password, which if you have forgotten, can be re-sent to you.
By ensuring your account is up to date, you will be ready to purchase the upcoming quarter final ticket online before anyone else.
Further information regarding the Heineken Cup Quarter Final tickets will follow www.ulsterrugby.com.
1. In the address bar, type www.ulsterrugby.com

2. Hover over TICKETS and click on Buy Tickets (This will open a new window)

3. Click on Login (on the left hand side of screen under MY ACCOUNT)

4. Enter your email address in first box (this acts as your username) and enter your password (Your account page will open)
Please note – the email address that this email was sent to is the one which your season ticket will be linked to.

What if……
I have forgotten my password?
Click on Send my password and follow the instructions

Now, it is crucial that you check that your season ticket is attached to your current account.

To check if your season ticket is linked to your account , see if you have the 2011-2012 Season Membership under the ‘My Memberships’ on the left hand side.

If you login using a different email to the one which these instructions were sent to, your season ticket will not be present under MY MEMBERSHIP.

If there is nothing listed under ‘MY MEMBERSHIP’ there may be a few reasons for this:

• You have created one or more additional accounts using a different email address to the one linked to your season ticket account

• Someone else has purchased the season ticket on your behalf, linking the season ticket to your account instead of yours.

This will mean that you can’t purchase within the online priority booking period. If you can, contact the person who purchased your season ticket and ask them to check if they can buy on your behalf.

As I said, I have got Family URSC. Which is correct.

Thereafter, I have 8 STs, none of which are the correct bar code numbers!
8 tickets at least then :thumleft: :red:

Got email, got logged in (after getting new password - don't ever remember setting one) and membership is listed for last year and this

What will be interesting is how they accomodate:

A) Current season ticket holders who want to purchase seats together
B) If current seasont ticket holders are allowed to buy tickets for others, how will this be done? During priority period or later on and if later on, again how to they end up staying together?

Glad to see they're on the ball getting people to check their accounts but this has potential to go pear shaped

I see a section where you can add membership but it askes for a pin as well as the barcode, anybody know what this is? I have 3 season tickets in my name although they are for me my son and my Dad, don't know why they put my name on all three?

Did they not try this last year and it was the same mess, either for HEC Quarter or League play off ?
Remember going through all the crap of bar codes and passwords as I never had an online account before, then when I got in there they had one ticket which had nothing to do with me, password is saved on computer and I checked the old email but that registration no longer works.
They send you the password Yoda as I have old email with mine on it from them.

just curious as to how they go about letting various season ticket holders ensure they are together

Last year we bought our tickets for Northampton over the counter at Ravers

Probably the same this year again as the ticket system still does not work, over counter sales.
