St Paddy's Celebrations...

Post by rugbymunchkin »

Just wondered if anyone knows of the best places to celebrate St Paddy's in Belfast! Currently my list comprises of the Bot! So any suggestions would be much appreciated!

RAVENHILL!!!!

Schools' Cup is only place to be on St Paddy's followed by a trip to the pub to drown your sorrows (if Methody lost) or celebrate (if they win!)!

MacRory Cup Final first....then quick dash to Ravers for the main event of the day, and then head to the nearest drinking house.

Certainly, the Bot would be the last place I would be at on St Patrick’s Day, let alone an ordinary Friday

Yeah, cause the finished product is so sexy- hat, scarf, gloves, jumpers, coat etc!

Actually most years, St Paddy's is lovely and apart from my scarf, it's just jeans and a jumper. This year I need the layers! Though just realised we normally have lunch at my house, but this year going out for lunch so will miss the gaelic. Oh well, reckon I won't need it to get into the St Paddy's spirit!

yeah, I was scared you would turn up at my house! So off down the road for lunch, and just in case, I won't tell you which road that is! Lisburn Road!
