Also...
Flags
We have had a number of queries regarding Munster Rugby flags, and whether supporters will be able to bring them into the ground. The answer is, yes you can, but there are a few stadium guidelines in place, listed below:
There is no restriction on the size of the actual flags, but the poles, which must be hollow plastic, should not be any longer than 800mm (31 inches).
Wooden poles are not allowed, and are likely to be confiscated at the turnstiles.
The draping of flags from the upper seating areas over advertising signs is also prohibited.
These guidelines are not alone from a security point of view but also to ensure that all patrons enjoy the match without their view being in any way obstructed.

Has anyone actually been told that the blazers at UR don't want the NI flag at matches?
I vaguely remember YM alluding to it on these pages, but apart from that, I have seen no confirmation of it.
Maybe they should start by telling the players....
... or just tell them to follow this fella's example. Ulstermen of Davids vintage know a thing or two about flegs as well.

Ring the fleg shop on the Newtownards Road. Its a fair dander from the city centre for an Ulster flag. Will try and make it up Thursday.

Aye. The Doc's one of the few involved in the UR setup who was actually born before that one lost it's official status.

Wait, does that mean the 2BC flegs will be too big with this 800mm rule? It won't be an Ulster match without them!!!
You haven't seen me at my best yet. Let's be honest, you probably never will.

There is going to be an issue with banners.
but the poles, which must be hollow plastic, should not be any longer than 800mm (31 inches).
Wooden poles are not allowed, and are likely to be confiscated at the turnstiles.

The last time I was past this shop, they had the latest Ulster rugby shirt in the front window, so i`m hoping some of the money finds its way to Ravenhill!
