Pointless move if "boots" Lawton is on form, what's Chris's defence like, that could be a selection decider.

Chris when on form is a match winner, probably the quickest player in ulster, excellent goal kicker also.

I would say Hinch aren't the only ones who have spoken to him.

Had heard he trained with Cooke last week and he was likely to sign, for somebody being talked about as a potential addition to the academy it is a strange move.

Little bird told me Kirkwood has left us to go to Quins.

He has.

Interesting to see Dungannon had such a big win over Malone during the week and that City of Derry beat Ballymena yesterday.

Have Dungannon signed many for this season? Ballynahinch seem to have a strong team this year especially with the recruitment of Ballymena's players.

Played Wales 7's I hear, so obviously has a bit of pace about him, what age is he? Is there potential still for an academy spot?

Good ,lots of strength in depth at Hinch so they are my favourites to do well this year, worried about Balymena and Dungannon this year they appear to be the two clubs that have lost out the most ,particularly when clubs like hinch are throwing a lot of cash about.
