Anybody else think we won't need to sign a new scrum-half when Ruan leaves?
You haven't seen me at my best yet. Let's be honest, you probably never will.

Best game you've ever played sunshine. You just earned yourself a green shirt in the AI's against Fiji.
That was a special moment and I totally agree about the green shirt - I just disagree that it should be against Fiji in the AI's .

Great effort from the wee man. You could see how much he wants to stay in this team.

Marshall won't play for Ireland in 2012. Sadly

I have to agree with LastKnight, the wee man proved himself as a top player tonight.

As one of his sternest critics over the years I have to say that was by far the best I have seen Small p. Forget two excellent tries, what impressed me most was his box kicking with only one slightly awry, the fact that I don't recall one bad pass, most absolutely on the money.
I doff my duncher to the wee man & I think we can genuinely ask, who do you pick next week? If Maaaaaaaaaaaaak sticks with the notion of rewarding guys who play well, it has to be Marshall. Now you never thought you'd hear me say that .... now did you?
If he plays like that its hard to see how he can be ignored for the AIs though I've no doubt Deccie will find a way. Now you never thought you'd hear me say that .... now did you?
Well done wee man

NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Re: Yes Paul, that applause was...
his best game for Ulster by a long way and if he doesn't get capped during the AI's it's another indictment of the Irish management because at the moment he's streets ahead of Reddan and Murray

Best game by far. Been very consistent now that he had been given a run in the team.
To be fair I think Doaky will have had a positive impact on his improvement and this should also be acknowledged.
I know they work on the box kicking regularly.
Well done p

I would start Marshall against Glasgow.
Re: Yes Paul, that applause was...
Probably Pienaar has had the more gruelling schedule to nowplaying across time zones etc so give p the next start and then start rotating with ruan at 10 the odd game as PJ is playing every week
