You've got to get your first tackle in early, even if it's late.

It's a decent wee dander from memory, but fortunately the Thomas a Beckett is en route - I'm thinking 3 hours should do it.fermain wrote:I can't remember how I got to the ground the last time... anyone, anyone? short taxi? long walk? or was it the Qtr finals so in MK?
Re: Northampton v Ulster Roll Call
The Thomas a Beckett is on the way. Definitely walkable. In my memory it's about half a mile from the train station - so as BR says 3 hours should do it.fermain wrote:I can't remember how I got to the ground the last time... anyone, anyone? short taxi? long walk? or was it the Qtr finals so in MK?

Is anyone looking for seated tickets for the Ulster v Northampton game at Ravenhill?

Re: Northampton v Ulster Roll Call
Could someone do me a link to a wee A4 size map of Northampton that i could print out preferably showing train station, the Ibis, any Weatherspoons, the Wig & Pen, The Thomas Beckett and the Stadium itself. Have done it all before but cant really remember much.
Thanks
ps i do vaguely recall a slightly tipsy breakfast the morning after the last visit - in what i think was a decent Weatherspoons within spitting distance of the Ibis - and beside a Kebab place.

Just a heads-up to those travelling ex-Belfast on the day.
Hillary Clinton is visiting Belfast next Friday, dunno her itinerary or which airport she'll arrive at but there's considerable potential for a load of auld bellix round the terminals/approaches if you're anywhere close to her arrival time.

Surely rather than a heads up, anyone anywhere near her should keep their heads down just in case she comes under bomb or gun attack againAyeYerMa wrote:Just a heads-up to those travelling ex-Belfast on the day.
