3 tackles, 4 metres, you guess it, the best 6 in the world, POM!
We lost 4 lineouts, yet POM, in there as a lineout specialist, took 1 ball. 1!
Rest of the stats are interesting too

Obrien is a 6 not a 7 and should be there, Henry should have started 6 nations but even if he hadn't got injured kidney wouldn't have started him. I hate to repeat myself but best cant seem to hit a barn door at present.

Re: Stats!
Best threw at 77%
The target in Internationals I am told is around 80-85%

Based on the mean number of line out throws a hooker has in a game, 77% is statistically insignificantly different to 80%. Just sayin'Russ wrote:Best threw at 77%

Seriously - the tea, performance was a big crock of tom kite. Maybe we should all stop silly point-scoring between players we do and do nt like and start wondering about the collective failing...

I would be quite sure that for at least 2 of Bests throws the Munstermen didn't jump. Not really Bests fault.

We were beat because Scotland fought like lions for one another when they didn't have the ball. Take a look at their tackle count, i think it was nearly 3 times the number of Ireland's. The best thing we could have done is just hand them the ball and let them have some possession, then they would have royally ballixed it up and made mistakes by passing it about! Sorry, i'm being a bit facetious.
Still hurting and don't know why we didn't have a back up kicker. Sack the management!
