Ricky Andrew was very good and took a lot of confidence by making yards with his first few touches with the ball. It perhaps made him too confident though because he went past men easily to start with, but they started to rumble him as the game progressed and knew that he was going to try to run most of the time - and why not - it had worked before?

Don't get me wrong - I think he played very well, but with more experience he will learn to try to mix it up a bit and keep the opposition guessing as to what he was going to do, and therefore help make more yards for the team, but not necessarily himself.

Well played though Ricky - well played. A work in progress. >appl

Was torn between Cave and Diack but Darren just edged it. I am a Diack fan and he really impressed me as captain, hope we see him In that role again.

McKinney for me. Faultless from the tee, passed well and tackled everything that came his way too.

Robbie. Great leadership, great try and his excellent kicking game was the icing on the cake.

Cave - brilliant display, attack and defence; best thirteen in Ireland, and created the first two tries.
From the rolling glens of Antrim through the hills of Donegal we will stand and shout for Ulster as we win both scrum and maul from the lovely lakes of Fermanagh tae the shores of ould Lough Gall we will scream and shout for Ulster as we beat them one and all!

Cave played an absolute blinder, though I did really like Robbie's kicking game. A lot of very good performances, and bodes well for the next few weeks that the disrupted preparation didn't affect us too much.

If in doubt look at score sheet and give it to the 10

I agree, did the TV pundits pick MOTM?
