if we had just been charged £30 we prbably wouldn't even have flinched.
Process seemed relatively straight forward, and system seems to be coping .... so far.
Hopefully by putting the tickets into people's baskets already and guaranteeing that they're there, it has saved the need for all to rush on at 09.00 ............ although some of us obviously have done so anyway.
I'm not arguing -
I'm just explaining why I'm right
would rather pay the service charge if it means not queueing at Ravers for 4 hours like last year for the Rabo semi! Website not crashing too was a bonus!
Question on the linking of tickets, for those who linked say two tickets could they purchase them both on the same account, or did they have to log in seperately but the seats where together?
Ticket bought now to find tickets via Sarries site for non season ticket holder friends and family!

Sure, ye can't resist ...
The terrace prices are fair enough (tkt bar steward aside )
Thought, given the method of distribution, that they might have stuck them on the ST card and made themselves even more money. Still it's nice to have the paper ticket as a souvenir.

'cos us peasants on the terrace are generally happy with our lot in life and will accept wee delays and inconveniences without much ado.
There is an exponentially higher chance you gentry in your ivory towers will get outraged about something... Camilla getting a fleck of dust from the building work on her new fur coat or similar... and ticketscheister will have to put up with your upper-class ramblings.... hence they charge more.
[but it shouldn't be 2.75 vs. 4.50... once again the common working man is paying for the failures of the politburo, the bankers and their ilk... the surcharge ratio should be about 0.05 vs 9.45]

Welcome to the board.
Re the linked tickets, once you log into your account all tickets should be there. That is presuming you have previously linked them.

cheers - obviously not linked them correctly. they are both in the same group but I didn't think they were linked correctly as I couldn't see them both on the list (despite when logged into both accounts they state they are in the group as the sole ticket). I did email UR and they said they were linked fine despite me saying I didn't think they were, so will send another email!
Was anyone able to view the map detailing the new ground layout
by section? Feckin thing was worthless as it was waaaaay too small.

It is small for a purpose don't you think probably to ensure that you wont know where you have been placed until you buy your ticket
I recon that there are about 200 seats along the length of the new stand, I have been allocated GRAND 7 seat 155 which locates me between the 22 and the goal line
