It is obvious from the recent comments we have a plethora of PR / Video producers / Media consultants on this forum.

Well how would YOU do it? Discuss..........

Points to remember:
1. Cost of video production
2. The feckers on this forum are so hard to please :stir: :stir: :duck:

I've now watched it a 3rd time. It's a grower...

I like the way, it's all about the fans. No clips of Williams smashing players up or Bowe powering down the wing and hardly any clips of Ravenhill itself. It's about the wider audience. Young kids at rugby practice, a few office guys overlooking city hall, a couple of eejits out for a jog. Singing SUFTUM can be a bit naff but the Ulster Orchestra add a touch of class to it.

For what it is, I now actually really like it. Always easy to slag things off but folk have put a bit of effort it this and I reckon it looks pretty decent.
Climb up onto the top of your house and start screaming: 'stand up for the Ulstermen, stand.......'

They could've done both.

Of course - everyone's an expert >EW

I do sort of like it - especially the wains singing out of tune - I just question the need for it and the big build up it was given, but I suppose it's what is expected these days. (ERC requirement for publicity by all teams still in????).

But what would I know? I'm just an aul grump!

I prefer to do my talking on the terraces (as loud as possible) and let the players do theirs on the pitch .... and may the best team win!

Have had to watch it a couple of times but am also coming round to this. It says 3 things

1. We are a club with history
2. We have LOTS of supporters
3. Our supporters are the best supporters and we know it

But who is it aimed at? (Genuine question, not stirring)

When Sarries come to town, they'll see and hear us showing our support.

Is it aimed at the rest of the Ulster people who don't come to Ravenhill ..... yet?

Is it meant to fill the 18K stadium? If so, fair enough - need to get it "out there" to them though.

I think it's a fair enough wee vid, but just wonder who it is aimed at. If it's Sarries, they'll just ignore it at best.
