They lost to a strong Cardiff Blues Academy away and beat Sale Sharks Academy away in their pre season warm-up games . In the Schools Interprovincial Championship, they beat Connacht (H), lost to Leinster (H) and defeated Munster in Cork, to finish second in table.

Holy cow did those Methody players in that intro to the final come across as absolute croziers.

Would love Sullivan to win this.

Game over now, better defensive team going to win, Sullivan look every inch a beaten team but did really well. The intercept try was probably key and gave Sullivan too much to chase.

Conor McKee has been brilliant, must be nailed on for the academy next year. Likewise Thompson, and Todd and maybe Cave for Sullivan. Sullivan 7 was very good too

If Sullivan had better half backs they would have won

Sullivan can certainly be proud of themselves. Just seemed to tire in the last 20mins

Couldn't understand why when they had the wind at their back in the 2nd half, Sullivan tried to run it out of defence so much.

I know what a refreshing change to see a MCB victory.
How fantastic to see a side mostly known for hockey being beaten in the final.
Yawn!

Very true.

MCB's road to the final compared to Sullivan's was in opposite ends of spectrum. I don't think Sullivan would of beat Wallace or RBAI.

Hopefully that is the end of the MCB juggernaut.
