Trimble signs new contract
Two more years. Irish Rugby have just tweeted it, another central contract.
Great news.

Good man Trimble. Hopefully he can stay clear of injuries.

Re: Trimble signs new contract
Brilliant! I was hearing terrible rumours that he'd signed elsewhere.
Glad they were wrong.

Great news, get that toe sorted and get yourself flying down that wing Trimbs. Deserved for a loyal brilliant player.

Trimbie's missus has a medical career in NI so I'd be surprised if that was ever on the cards.Wee Woman wrote:Brilliant! I was hearing terrible rumours that he'd signed elsewhere.

I'd say he'd out-earn her for the remainder of his career. A few years in France could easily have been an option.

No way he would have gone to SpidesWee Woman wrote:Brilliant! I was hearing terrible rumours that he'd signed elsewhere.

Re: Trimble signs new contract
Great news, never in doubt despite nasty rumours, having become a Fibber Joe favourite why on Earth would he want to end his international career with a RWC looming - players rate it, I don't.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.
