Taking the liberty of shifting this story away from the "What Makes You happy" thread as it may be just about to get a bit warm for someone. 30 hours of tapes conversations!!
Mike Nesbitt looked almost as smug as Jim Allister and that renowned seeker of truth and justice Daithí McKay is all over it like a bad suit and calling an emergency meeting of the finance committee. Sit back and enjoy, the fertiliser could be about to fly.

This story is starting to make Teresa Villiers' comment about us looking like some 'European' economies sound just about right. At least it's nice to know we've got a spare £7m to spread around

There'd be some value in betting the First Minister will not be First Minister by the end of the month one would imagine.

NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

The Irish News ran a related article about a meeting between Ian Coulter, Frank Cushnahan, Sammy Wilson and others. Can't find the article again, but thought it was interesting that that he was mentioned in a related article along with Cushnahan and Coulter. Were they naming him without naming him?

Shirley not more trouble for our wee Sammy?
Also on an unrelated matter, was Tughans the firm that the good dr Humphreys worked for before becoming involved with UR?

Never believe anything in politics until it has been officially denied.
As it looks like that has now happened one can make one's own conclusions.
It is a man's own mind, not his enemy or foe, that lures him to evil ways.

“For the liespotter who knows how to listen well, the random words, sounds, and phrases in a person's speech are never as random as they seem. They offer a clear sightline into the liar's psyche.”
Re: £7m shirley deserves its own thread
Calm down. I think Russ was just randomly asking on here if phil COULTER was once (err romantically???) linked to adrian LOGAN.
