Re: Injury Update
Hmmm. Not much good news there.
The Admiral now sounds more like Long John Silver. Let's hope it's not as nasty as it sounds.

Re: Injury Update
bloody hell. another injury nightmare.
echoing the Nelson comments - he's been in on merit and hopefully returns in good shape. I'd happily have Henderson nowhere near Ireland regardless of how well his rehab goes.

Re: Injury Update
Why do Ireland always seem to break Ulster players? Is this just a biased Ulster fan perception? Be interesting to hear Shan or D4's take on it. After 6N or Autumn Inters we always have injuries to key players, but maybe everyone else does too?
Maybe our guys feel they have to prove themselves a bit more?

Irish Times saying Henderson could be out for 6 months

So that's Nelson, Payne & Hendo out for the season? If they're still plotting how to beat Toulouse this week then you would have to wonder about their sanity.Rooster wrote:Irish Times saying Henderson could be out for 6 months

Re: Injury Update
Read online tonight that there's currently 44 players injured across the 4 provinces. Not entirely sure how accurate it is as didn't check it against other stats, but their list a staggering 22 players unavailable for Connacht, 10 for Munster, 8 for us and 4 for Leinster. Discussed some possible reasons such as world cup hangover and congestion in the calendar. We certainly have rotten luck when it comes to season enders.

That's what I thought as well, perhaps there has been a later update though after a scan ?Deraless wrote:Ulster press release said couple of months and struggling for 6N, bit of a difference.Rooster wrote:Irish Times saying Henderson could be out for 6 months

Re: Injury Update
Ulster press release gave no time scale. Can't read into it any more than that.
You haven't seen me at my best yet. Let's be honest, you probably never will.

Yikes. I wouldn't put it down to WC hangover though. We have rotten luck every season.Tazz #15 wrote:Read online tonight that there's currently 44 players injured across the 4 provinces.
