Apartheid was an invidious, evil policy. Do you think this affirmative action style quota system is just? I don't, it's rediculious to force sporting teams to field players based on a racial quota.

Yes I think a quota system is fair enough in redressing the balance, the sole caveat being that I don't know it's content so no idea if it is proportionate or reasonable. Yes merit would be ideal, just so long as it hasn't been stifled in others for decades.
