Don't you just love Fez saying it like it is every time - no mercy. And special thanks to Andy Nicol who tried valiantly all evening to be humble about Edinburgh and to say something good about Ulster. A grand effort Andy but we all know you'd nothing to work with, not by a long chalk.

Has any Ulster back been truly impressive this season?

Wilson is completely busted. I slated a couple of his performances at the start of last season as it looked like he was half ar5ed but the reality is that time has caught up with him and he is just done. The fact that he is regularly being trotted out this season is a very sad indictment of our resources. He was Mr Dependabke and that has completely gone from his game.

Bar Hendy (and Henry if he ever recovers to the level he was at a few season ago which is highly doubtful now) none of our back 5 options in the pack are good enough to play in a weakened side. They can do a very handy support role surrounded by 3-4 other very good players, but when asked to lead or pllay together they get badly shown up.

I had to help out with a Lego emergency so I missed most of the second half.

By the time I got back to the TV, Dad's Army was on. It seemed vaguely fitting.

Have to admit I'm close to not caring myself.
I was longing for that game to end.
Time for a massive cleansing of the Augean stables at both the player and coach level.
Do not want to see several of those lads in an Ulster shirt again.

Sadly, in the injury stakes, Hendy is becoming Stevie Ferris Mark II. You can't count on him for more than a few games per season.

That was the worst performance by an Ulster 15 (23) that I have seen in the last 7 or 8 years! Sad really!

I actually worry that Charlie is looking at Wasps and say "what have I done coming here?"

He is miles better than any back we have. He may be here for financial reasons, but he is here, don't get on his back.

Edinburgh showed tonight what trusting young players can do. We need to start properly blooding our academy players to build team that wont get slaughtered while internationals are away for 6 nations

Completely agree. Last week I was angry, this week I just don't care. I'm not able to make it to the Zebre game and to be honest I'm delighted I have an excuse not to go.

I've been a season ticket holder since the 01/02 season and I'm very seriously considering not renewing next year. Fed up with the underachieving and complete lack of bottle.
