Minus something.
Never wrestle with a pig. You end up covered in muck and the pig loves it.

Very good performance once Kiss took my advice to get rid of his appalling 10 & 12. It was like flicking a switch.
As a complete performance it lacked quite a bit, mainly ..................everything.

On paper we had them.
In reality, it was men against boys. Our wee boys embarrassed themselves and more importantly, they embarrassed us, but they clearly don't care.

Actually, our wee boys weren't the problem when we finally brought them on...Tighter End wrote:On paper we had them.

No probs- here to point out the obvious
Exterminate all rational thought
Re: Rate That Performance - Edinburgh Away
Somehow Gusher's usual joke commentary seemed totally appropriate for that game and performance, for the record Jim:
We were playing Edinburgh, not Glasgow
A man's left wrist is the one attached to his left arm, not his right arm
Danny Craven's positional record had fcuk all to do with Edi v Uls
You're entitled to feel that there were some positives but keep them to yourself in such a night - learn from the late great Richie Benaud when he said that when you commentate on TV silence is often a good think as the viewer can actually see what's going on
Fair dues to Andy, I think he was actually more upset about our performance than our players were!

Sometimes he corrected himself when calling them Glasgow and other times he didn't. Either way he sums Ulster up well. Rubbish.Marco wrote:Somehow Gusher's usual joke commentary seemed totally appropriate for that game and performance, for the record Jim:
