Marias i have a decision for you.... You may award us a penalty try!!!!
Always ask yourself, "What would Big Rodney do"... And every time the answer is... "Eat It"
Re: Montferrand vs UAB Round 2
Well that just sums Marius up!
How many deliberate knock ons have Clermont done????
Pathetic!

You could see Paddy try to grasp with his fingers.

Well, you get nowt for it, but better than being nilled.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.
Re: Montferrand vs UAB Round 2
Look, that first half was shameful. We deserved nothing from the game. You can't turn up for 25 mins and expect points

Clermont actually had the replacement 2nd row stripped out of his tracksuit ready to come on after the red card.BaggyTrousers wrote:We've been eviscerated but have got nothing whatsoever from officialdom. I assume you all saw the hand at Wiehahn's eye area when he reacted? The pass for the first try from outside the 22 collected inside, etc etc
Re: Montferrand vs UAB Round 2
Fair play to Ulster you won the second half with a plucky display.
You are still in with a good shout for a runners up place in a very tough group
The last game against Bordeaux should be interesting once you get past Exeter.

Re: Montferrand vs UAB Round 2
All you want from officials is honesty and consistency, we didn't get that.
I feel Clermont were "aided" in this match and looked better than they really are.
Was the high tackle and neck lock on the line on Reidy, I think, not worthy of a yellow and penalty try???
What do they get, a scrum put in!!!
Shame on their decisions.
I think it is the officials who are more intimidated by that crowd more than the opposing teams.

As expected, now we will finish on 17 points or possibly 18 but 1 point short of a quarter final

I'm liking the look of big Treadwell. He brought something to that game today.
We probably didn't deserve anything but tbh I reckon anything Italian should be banned from this competition, they're just not up to standard...he gave us nowt and defo his decisions put quite a gloss on their result.
