Yes, if he can play to that level consistently. Can only improve with professional match experience.

Mentioned that it's important we have players who perform consistently. I think, if one was inclined to search for grounds for hope, could be interpreted as a sign that he has had enough of the turd polishing.

Kiss seemed to hint that we needed players who took responsibility. Can't disagree, but this applies to coaches as well.

Disagree, more players outside
There was cover coming across and not a lot of space. Not a nailed on score for me.
Have you ever seen a penalty try from that far out before?

Yes, several to me honest.
Fair enough, i cant recall any atm

In that case bordeaux maybe should have had 2 today

Also annoyed me the way the only time he called maul in a choke was when he was taking it back for a penalty

Well if Kane is a doubt next week, do we have to concede? Can we register anyone else or have we done all three now?

When you realise that we are struggling to field a bloody team, it puts performance into perspective, that said, what a shyte season.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

100% agree again. No indication given that it was anything to do with him or the coaching.

So with the way Shanahan played we can conclude that Paul Marshall has indeed been holding back IQ talent for as long as we can all remember?

If it was true, he's not the one to blame.

At what point do they realise that the supporters need to see some sign of action or ticket sales will start to suffer. Re-signing Ricky Lutton won't pick the supporters back up, even the Ulster Are Brill #SUFTUM brigade in bakebook are starting to wake up to what a hash this all is.

Every February Doak has to be sat down and told we are out. He gets confused and has to be shouted at and slapped a bit.
next year he can steer Connaught to that stage...
