I don't know anyone who has messed about with so many genres of music. I always liked the heavy bass drumming, nothing subtle about Meg and his guitar stuff is not for everyone, still he's a popular guy over a long time & many reinventions so I'm not alone. He's very loyal, still keeping his wife's surname though the divorced ages back. >EW Image

Here's a well known white stripes song, enjoy bitches. Best listened to loud ...........louder than that FFS, and preferably headphones.>EW

I wouldn't be a massive white stripes fan but do like them. Meg's minimalist drumming can be off putting. I like a couple of raconteurs tracks. The concept of a two person band is something I like. Royal Blood do it really well, I was quite shocked when I first heard they were a two piece band, having listened to them in the radio first. Bass and drums only, but they have a really big sound. Best listened to loud also:

I have my own tv channel, what have you got?

Pretty sure I went to school with him. Seemed a bit of a poser then (but who doesn't as a fecking teenager, I'm sure I did as well), but has come of age brilliantly from the sounds of things

With the greatest respect Michael that's absolute manure.

This, on the other hand is pure genius.

He's a rare talent.

Murder Ballads is great fun. Saw them at the Albert Hall when Kylie popped up for the encore.

Can't beat a live rendition of Mercy Seat though.

As part of my whistle-stop tour of Belfast and NI culture, it's off to the Waterfront on Saturday night for the Ulster Orchestra Burns Night extravaganza, still high, no doubt, from a try-fest at the Kingspan. >fiddle

With absolutely no respect that sucks balls.

Bejaysus Justin, you're some vulture for de culture. This weekend I shall mainly be supporting Alster, and boys oh man sir do they need it, the rest of the weekend I'll mainly be scratching me balls and drinking Genius. :stout:

Such a low brow.

I never knew a bagpipe could sound so tuneful.

Excellent evening at the Waterfront. It's on the tele on Wednesday evening I believe.

I also quite enjoyed being one of the younger members of the audience too.
