Johann for his leadership, Ruan for his brain and the combination for their personal chemistry. Kiss is the strategist and the other two bring the cohesion, experience and smarts.
Johann was effectively coaching the forwards under Anscombe anyway.

He's been discussed here before. He's been in the Leinster academy for a couple of seasons as a second row, but probably not quite big enough.
He's big enough for the back row though.
