Remind me, Dave, how come Ulster let him go? Will they never learn? When is young Scholes taking up a career in finance?Dave wrote:He'll come back a better player.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Re: Remembering Ruan
Ruan reminds me more of Cameron Smith the current & long time Storm, Queensland and Kangaroo captain than any current union player.
Both players have brought a patience and calmness to their teams. The occasion has never got to them, they know their way around a football pitch, they know their roles time after time.
Cameron's kicking game at the base of rucks has influenced a lot of results resulting in repeat sets, twenty fourtys, high bomb catches and pin perfect threaded grubbers.
Both players have such control that you'd rarely see too much adrenaline in a kick or pass.
Super smart rugby players and having met both on numerous occasions, even greater people.
