No no no no no, it was as the PRO12 we were going to win last year, but we've worked really hard to eradicate silly mistakes and we have a plan in place. We're in a really strong position and we have a great squad of guys here who all want to win it for Ulster and for our loyal supporters.

UR PR Team will be phoning me any day now.

Scarlets, Cornish Pirates and Hartpury College in the group this year. Fixtures are:

SCARLETS (H) - Oct 13-15
Pirates (A) - Oct 20-22
Hartpury (A) - Dec 8-10
HARTPURY (H) - Dec 15-17
PIRATES (H) - Jan 12-14
Scarlets (a) - Jan 20

Hartpury won all 30 games in National League 1 last year - glad Stortford won't have to play them!

Fixtures mostly confirmed. No game at the Hill I see.

Round 1: Ulster A v Scarlets Premiership Select, Saturday 14th October at Banbridge RFC (2.30pm)
Round 2: Cornish Pirates v Ulster A, Sunday 22nd October at Mennaye Field, Penzance (2.30pm)
Round 3: Hartpury RFC v Ulster A, Saturday 9th December at Hartpury College (2.30pm)
Round 4: Ulster A v Hartpury RFC, Saturday 16th December at Ballymena RFC (2.30pm)
Round 5: Ulster A v Cornish Pirates, 12-14th January at Shaws Bridge (TBC)
Round 6: Scarlets Premiership Select v Ulster A, Saturday 20th January at Llandovery RFC (3.00pm)

The Hartpury side played pretty well v MoneyBags Bristol on Sunday.
