Great Post Kanbai. Thanks.
Looks very much like it indeed which is very good to hear.
Top notch report Kanbai, doubt we will get anything as nearly comprehensive anywhere else.
Maybe Bryn needs to hold these meetings in private behind closed doors with their pressman and push it out at the weekend when Ireland get beat by England.. Am I right that neither meeting made URs own social media streams?

Nothing on UR yet.
That report by Kanbai looks pretty decent and covers most aspects plus gives an indication of the way forward, if Bryn can pull that all off then it is a solid rebuild even though it may take a year or two, better than saying we will top the league next year and get to the European semi finals.

Unless the governance (committee system & membership) is strengthened and of absolute necessity the discredited CEO goes, any of Bryn’s intended improvements will be at risk particularly if lack of confidence & reassurance means that sponsors, ST holders and ticket-by-ticket supporters reduce their financial contribution.

As IRFU control key financial decisions and undoubtedly those that they fund directly e.g. the Head Coach, it seems to me from a governance perspective that IRFU should be represented on Management Committee so that they become directly involved in handling those decisions.

Rooster... I fear Bryn is a puppet having his strings pulled and rolled out because at the moment he is about the only supporters have any time for..

Anyone question Bryn on the number of NIQs? I thought it was now 3+1, but Terry talked about 5 in his address to the commoners and why would we doubt him?

Basically this will be an uncapped NIQ player. I can't see any player realistically waiting 5 years for an international cap.

And least we forget it was the IRFU in D4 that brought the Ladies World Cup..

Or to put it another way, I can't see us selecting and signing an NIQ player capable of playing international rugby in 5 years

Bryn is nobody's puppet, but he is in good standing with the support base.

When was the last time you posted something positive on this board Cockers?

Seriously, when?
