She wasn't wearing any socks. Stupid cow.

Not that you clampit Russ, the time it will take 11 people to decide unanimously on 6 charges, all you need is one numpty and it could take weeks.Russ wrote:Paddypowet stopped taking bets on first day of defence. Presumably that was the statement?
If they issue another one (and one only), that will be two.

Don't worry, some people will come on here to react and others to tell those people how to react. It must be a Northern Irelander thing...
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?

Who knows, she might just have some reason to be conflicted or confused herself, funny old world.Rooster wrote:If that is verbatim what the judge said then it is seriously confusing, almost as if she was confused herselfjean valjean wrote:It's amazing how any single report can slant people's views.

It really comes down to whether or not the 11 good men & weemin & true are feckwits or not, how anyone could be positive that the complainant has given reliable evidence to the point of proof, defeats my limited knowledge of legal cases.
My own opinion suggests she may have a burning sensation in her nether regions, given her pants appear to be on fire .......... ironically probably what the bouncer thought back in June 2016.
Opinions on the media portrayal are justified, I heard BBC RU this AM and they only commented on the judge's stricture to the jury that "a woman has a right to say no".................. admittedly hard to do with a lanyard in yer bake but I would not, & not for the first time, consider their reporting balanced.
I suppose though that we should realise that the balance of media reporting in rape cases almost inevitably falls on the side of the alleged victim ............ until such time as they get a not guilty verdict when the BEEB become sanctimonious and ponder whether the accused should have a right to privacy until convicted or acquitted, something BBC NI clearly didn't bother with in this case.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Re: Replacement 10
Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of the events that are about to unfold is that two of the defendants, at least, will have left their homes this morning with no absolute certainty that they will return this evening. I cannot imagine the mental stress that that causes/.
