This is grinding my gears ... she has done absolutely feck all squared for any women who suffer a real attack. Didn't want the shame of a video on media scandal ... great how's that working for you?

Hmm very predictable verdict....unlike the IRFU review, now that will be interesting.
Now it’s over, I’ll dabble my toes in the water....

The police may or may not have believed the allegation, however reasonably they’ve gone to CPS (or NI equivalent) for a charging decision. 1) They couldn’t clearly disprove the allegation. 2) It’s a CPS charging decision offence. 3) Any criticism from the complainant and the police can say we went to CPS and they made the decision to charge or not.

The issue that may have had a huge bearing....slow decision to review evidence for Charging decision. CPS may have wanted further evidence gathered by police prior to decision. However names were then leaked in the media prior to the decision being made.....

If CPS drop the matter the complainant could complain and ask for a review, and they were be the obvious allegation of “things swept under the carpet conspiracy”.
If CPS charge even if they think there is insufficient evidence to convict....well at least there is no cover up allegations....and they can say a jury of members of the public made the decision.
All back covering from the start - no where near enough evidence for a realistic chance of conviction.

As Not Guilty is not the same Innocent, never ... or not until after she is tested in court which is unlikely.
