I thought the stands looked more empty than the Ospreys match.
Can't speak for the corporate, but the others were just as full, and the terrace was much more crowded.
Wonder how many freebies were given out?
I siht you not, there was a Dublin registered bus load of Leinster men (complete with Leinster hoodies, etc) dropping off on Mt Merrion when I was going in.
"Who are we supporting?" says one.
"Tommy Bowe," says his mate.
There was no major stay away. If some of you want to convince themselves that the place was half empty. Believe what you want. The Terrace was packed.
There was no appetite for a vocal protest either despite attempts from who I assume was Rugoval and myself to get "IRFU shame on you" and "Logan out" going, there were no takers. Somebody on the Prom had a Logan out banner, but it seems the good people or Ulster don't give a toss.
I've never been surrounded by such plastic fans that haven't got a fcuking clue. They just talked shyte and barely watched the game. One guy thought Warwick should be starting for Ireland.

3 "protestors"? Massive!!!
Perhaps the "give a toss" Ulster people weren't there, ironically?

All the real protestors were at home shouting at the TV.
Crowd muted, many more missing seats than usual but a good win which i hope will auger well for the future. At the end of the day rugby at this level is measured in small margins. No Coetzee, an under performing Deysel, useless Ah no, Van der crap, PJ, SO and a selection of journey men but still euro rugby on the horizon. In the words of Fergal, Things can only get better! Ok well maybe!!! The lure of mediocre rugby, mediocre alcohol and mediocre food still beats looking at the mother in laws gub as she escapes from her crypt for a Friday night haunting.

Our one and only protest was an empty stadium tonight. I repeat, one and only.
Logan and the FIRFU said “they’re Lemmings and will turn up to say goodbye to a world class winger who gave his best years away from Ulster” and Norman.
Sparky has been sacked because he’s not gender neutral
