Score?
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Re: Ireland u20s
Lowry not injured but his injury has lead to him not being selected by sounds of it.
To be honest it might be a good tournament to avoid.
France and SA to beat Ireland.
Georgia have most of team back from last year.

Strange that the IRFU dictated to Banbridge that Lowry could not play against UCC as they wanted him for thiskingofthehill wrote:Lowry not injured but his injury has lead to him not being selected by sounds of it.

Playing against the better nations would have been good for Lowry. Plus some decent coaching.
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?

FIRFU don't want Lowry to break through so they can force Joey up here.

Re: Ireland u20s
you don't need to go to an under 20 to be coached
Paddy stayed at home to be coached and develop his skills under supervision
Might be the case for Lowry this time .
He and McPhillips training together at Ravenhill a couple of hours a day - just kicking and passing and a appropriate weight work to strengthen the wrists - a far more productive way to spend time than getting your body broken before next season
It's not fitness training -- skill development

Within this carapace of skepticism there lives an optimist
Re: Ireland u20s
Yeah going off to play rugby would be terrible for his development. Better to stay home strengthening his wrists.

Re: Ireland u20s
I think Rum may be right on this one. I have a vague recollection of Paddy not going with the 20s to do a full preseason with the team.
