Re: TV coverage
Does the monthly sub cover both premier 1 and 2. If so it might be worth it with my removing some unwanted Sky channels.

100% & don't accept their first offer, in fact say "you'd have to do better than that".jean valjean wrote:I guarantee if you ring sky to cancel they will offer a deal that will more than cover the £10 outlay. I personally won't be as my sky subs are exorbitant as it is and it's a poor league to justify the spending.
With regards to my support for Ulster the timing couldn't be better.
I'll have to be content with the Top 14 instead.
See ch4 will be showing a live champions cup match per round.

Been on 40% discount with Sky for the last 3 years, I know of some mavericks that get more but I can't be bothered with the too much haggling. Once you're out of contract contact them.BaggyTrousers wrote:100% & don't accept their first offer, in fact say "you'd have to do better than that".jean valjean wrote:I guarantee if you ring sky to cancel they will offer a deal that will more than cover the £10 outlay. According to Virgin blurb, we’re getting two months Prem Sport FOC. Barstewards giving us a wee taste and then whipping it away.
Not bad... I worked ‘whipping’ and ‘Virgin’ into that .Feck the Ferminazis.

Re: TV coverage
Thinking about signing up for Premier, although the monthly package would be more attractive as would only need 9 months, not sure there is much else I would be interested in watching.

It works Got £20 off without really trying and with the same coverage. Will more than cover Premier Sports.

Re: TV coverage
Well guys, no Premier Sport for me, all 152 games are on Eir Sport, happily one of my channels on the Magicbax. Instead I think I'll invest in newly available 100Mb fibre to keep wife and son happy with their "devices" whilst I dominate the TV.

Can’t really see any way around it, so will subscribe, but not happy about it to be honest

I don't get it. Why spend money when all this sh1t is freely available on the net?

Re: TV coverage
Lot's of stuff is 'free' if you don't pay for it.
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?
