Very brave of the Glens to sign the idiot.

Guilty - served time - sex offender

What happens to innocent ?

What he did was at the lower end of the sex offence spectrum.
The girl was over the age of sexual consent while still technically a child in the eyes of the law.
It is claimed that the photo was also consensual. We don't know if this is true as it was not brought up in court.
The offence was sharing said photo on social media.
Whilst this is, of course, deplorable, I feel that a 3 month custodial sentence is a fairly stiff punishment and the stupid wee scrote should now be allowed to get on with his life.
Volunteer at an animal sanctuary; it will fill you with joy , despair, but most of all love, unconditional love of the animals.

My request was to compare .

Personally the guy did the crime and served his time ( and I doubt if it was a soft easy 3 months ) and hopefully has learnt from the experience . And deserves to try to regain his life .

But there were two innocent men hounded by social media press and television — turfed into exile with out a twitter of remorse by those guilt of the crime .
