Ref awards the try. The player decides to celebrate by picking up the ref. Gets a red card for his troubles. Deservedly, imo.

Interesting to see that tv viewing figures for sport are down in the last year, at least in the US of A.

I wonder if it's the same here.

I'm watching less. The sterile atmosphere and the "asterisk" factor are both definite turn-offs.

Anybody want a wee videocall from a 'celebrity' to say 'happy birthday' or whatever?
Cameo is a website that can get it for you. Here is a list of rugby players you can get.
https://www.cameo.com/browse/athletes/rugby
Sadly, no Ulstermen.

Nope, but you could head over to myfanpark.com and get one from good oul Steeno! A double winning Ulsterman, not many of them about!

Welcome Rosie. Nice find.
'Steeno' for only $5. Interesting to see him described as a businessman as well as rugby player. Personally, I'd go for the cameo Ulster hero Stefan Terblanche at $30. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WmekPAmyQAQ

Thanks very much Image long time reader, first time poster, lockdown is taking it’s toll!

Looks like the days of freebies are leaving us!

Aye definitely, ST undoubtedly made more of an impact than Gareth in the white shirt, even if it was a cameo. I highly doubt he has lost much sleep over it all the same with the success and journey he has had in Devon.

I got a message from Sir Tommy Bowe for free when I got engaged.

I’d pay top dollar for 2MP though.

Funnily enough, a dollar is exactly what he charges!
