Well, well, well.... The one that got away? Or well he was released. Fair play to him. Obviously a much lower standard than the Pro 14.
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?

Fair play to the lad. Why did he move from Ulster? If he was injured, how did he know that NZ would do the trick? Better doctors?

Who wins Bizarre Sports Industry Job Title of the Week?
It’s a toss up between Nachson Mimran, Provocateur in Chief to the Exteme E series, and Daniel Ricciardo, the Chief of Optimism at Optus.

Haha. Provocateur in Chief sounds like a fancy term for a WUM.

Playing Dan Tuohy's Vannes😉

Perpignan v Oyonnax in other semi final. Oyonnax was a good weekend despite the game being cancelled. The loser in the final gets a 2nd chance of promotion v 13th in T14, currently Pau.

Can't find an appropriate thread other than here for Bledisloe cup discussions? Is this because N Z and Aussies are playing a game that we do not recognise?

Fairly dull interview with Eddie Jones at: https://leadersinsport.com/performance/ ... nce+Digest

But there's one interesting idea about throwing a bit of chaos into training and, indeed, into life together as a team:

"There will be times when the discomfort is manufactured. “You want to create a psychology of certainty for players, and then the skill of the coach or the coaching team is then to work out when you’ve got to shift them, when they need to be uncomfortable.” ...

"You’ve got to put things in your programme. They seem bizarre but it can happen and it can happen in a big game. You got to throw those in systematically.” ... "So the players would have to adjust to it, because players are good at adjusting if they’ve had experience; and you’ve got to give them that experience."

Headline on the BBC website: 'Pienaar-led consortium completes £32m Saracens takeover'

Don't panic. It's Francois, not Ruan.

Our saffers only have eyes for the local sausage/wine industry. If you can't eat or drink something, it's a no from them.
