I was just thinking that the one thing Munster need desperately is another South African.

Seemingly Carbery's nickname is Flake (as in Cadbury's Flake). Very appropriate by his level of flakey tackling against Leinster.

How are Munster allowed to sign another NIQ lock (already capped for SA) when Snyman is already there?
I think the theories are that either:

a) Beirne has to be played at 6 and/or that
b) Ulster have just done very similar

Of course we all know that b) can’t be right because Leo has been masquerading as a lock all these years when he’s really a back row and/or he’s been brought in to play for Ballynahinch.

Have to say I'm mostly jealous. He's the type of big f*** off lock who can play backrow I had hoped Ulster would sign. Bit of an enforcer and carrying threat. I think Bryn got mugged off with Nakarawa.

So Jenkins was Plan B. Plan A rejected by D4.

The PSdT deal was vetoed by D4, this Jenkins lad will be on a fraction of that. Why don't Munster give the current squad guys a go v signing a 1 capped Bok?

It's crazy. They still have Kleyn with Snyder back next year and Beirne. Thomas Ahern's talent is being blocked. He is a big enough unit at 21. If Beirne plays 6 there is less room their backrow younglings. Wycherly bros, JOD although Coombes will definitely be a starter.

I mean we were not allowed Pienaar because of wee dave Image

This would not have been cheap. Their sugar daddy has deep pockets. Pity McIlroy is too busy playing golf to think about his old fav rugby team.

The IRFU have chipped in and he’s waived his true market value, apparently.

I see the term co-funded being used. He would be fairly minted after 3 years at racing. Bound to have at least a mill in the bank. Hopefully we can welcome him to ravers next season.

Bloody hypocrites. Van Graan said he would love to have kept Sweetman but finances did not permit. Then he signs a Saffer and follows this up with the signing of Zebo.
There is no difference between Saracens and Munster.
I also hope that Zeebs and Murray behave themselves off the field.
