Biggar just did a Billy Burns v Wales. If the Lions outhalf can do that, Billy should feel a bit less bad about it.

That's two weeks in a row the opposition have conceded a free kick twice for early engagement without the full penalty being given. Is that no longer a the case? Or does it matter that they were in different halves?

Difference between Billy and Madge is that Billy has the skillset and Madge has the confidence. If we could combine them into one, we'd have a hell of a player.
