Good question. I'd assume ulster need 8 props minimum, with Milasinovich being included primarily as a tighthead. With Jack mcgrath getting a new contract it means you have Jack, eos, Warwick and callum Reid to cover L/H. Surely there does need to be a 4th tighthead if Kane goes.

After some early encouragement Kane has never really done anything to convince. He and Milo don't appear to be good enough for 3rd choice

Milo looked half decent tonight. Held up a good scrum the first time he came on. If only we knew what weight he was the commentary barely mentioned it.
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?

What weight is Jack McGrath these days? He looked massive

Gazza did well, for someone who looks like a puddin he performed. Coming back from a long term knee injury with the stresses of scrummaging is a feat in itself.

Took his try well although based on the limited amount of what I have seen of him so far I think his contributions in the loose will be minimal, particularly with the quicker tempo Ulster are playing with. If that is the case then it becomes a question of can he hold up one end of a scrum for say 50 mins. The jury is out on that one.

As an aside, Marty Moore seems to have embraced the new style with his involvements on the ball increasingly significantly. He has great hands for a big lad. Doesn’t seem to be rated by Farrell, but if Furlong was unavailable and another started was needed then I would be looking at Marty rather than Bealham or TOT, who may offer more impact off the bench.

Marty is saying that all he thinks about is doing a great job for Ulster.

An outstanding signing and he’s probably playing the best rugby of his career.

Marty has turned into a cracking th. I remember thinking he was maybe a bit lazy when he was at Leinster, but that’s gone now. I’m a big fan.
Keep it up Marty.

I think it's safe to say we are all in love with Marty. Our scrum was an embarrassment prior to his arrival. Now I'm not saying he was the sole reason, I'm sure Dan and Roddy have put a lot in also but the buck most certainly stopped when Marty started at tighthead on a regular basis.

What he has added to his game in the loose is a real credit to him. He seems to be genuinely enjoying himself which can only benefit his all round game.

Everytime he goes down theres a concern, first name on the team sheet for me. Despite how rugby has evolved in the professional era your thighthead prop still remains the cornerstone of your set piece from which everything else flows.

Milo try line defence was of concern, he looked gassed! He needs game time!

But we’re credit is due he took his try well, not many of our forwards would of barged over there!

Still be concerned with TH depth especially if Moore was injured.

Big vote of confidence in Postlewaite.

Not sure what to think on Moore, obviously shown Dan he's worth a punt. Though makes me wonder why Rowntree hasn't got more than 10mins out of him.

Good to see Lowry in with the 10's :D :stir:

So who still expires thus season contract-wise? Kane, Reidy. Anyone else from the senior squad?
