Good - Marmion got tackled and fell on JGP’s shoulder.

Any news on the Brive one?

Maybe they didn’t bother with a disciplinary panel and just got the bloke arrested!
5 game ban! Started at 10 games, but he pleaded guilty, said sorry, brought nice biscuits and had previous clean record.......
And porter got 3 weeks!
Can I come out from behind the sofa yet?

Montpellier being Montpellier, 13 changes to their starting team away at Harlequins, targeting the Top 14.

I’d already backed Quins at -11.

They’re -14 now.

Leinster 56-20 Connacht in 2nd game, very one sided. Probably Tigers v Leinster in QF.

Without getting ahead of ourselves would we rather have lenister at ravenhill or travel to Leicester in a semi final??

Any potential semi final v Leinster would be moved to Lansdowne Road, the suits would want a 51k sellout etc.

Both tough games, Tigers too good for Ulster in the Challenge Knockouts last season.

With it only being a week between games could they sell it out in time? I would hope UR would put up an argument to host it at ravenhill to avoid another OurDS fiasco. As munster are a higher seed than leinster would they move the game to dublin if they beat us? Can bet they would not.

Fair point re the week, would strengthen the argument for a Ravenhill game. The OurDS fiasco was down to Mr Logan, promised the ground would be ready in time and shocker it wasn't.

Bristol v Sale was an entertaining watch. Plenty for Frank Murphy to do, had a good game.

He did. Clear direction to the TM O with his instinct and decision, inviting TM O to produce evidence to overrule him. Well done FM!
Other refs would have had 12 playing 13 after the head co!lisions

Certainly looks that way. Fairly dire effort from Montpellier so far. Conspiring to lose this.

Golden boy smith's crown slips as he misses a conversion to win the game.

Economy of effort by Montpellier puts them through. A lesson for Quins as to what complacency does for you!?
Hope is not a strategy.

Pleased I took the 11 point handicap and not the 14!
