4 of the 5 ulster forwards on the bench have had next to no gametime in recent months. I hope none are needed early doors as fitness is bound to be lagging a bit. Munster have gone 6 /2 split which shows their intentions.

Always feel he us a great bench option. Very dynamic guy to come on for the last 20 or30 against tired legs

Feeling a bit nervous now. No rea Jr or duane in back row and the bench is weak. Munster coming to strangle us and it will be a huge test of mental reserves after last week, especially as munster need the win more than we do.

Shame, he has been a revelation this season. Nothing fancy, but when he counter rucks or goes to clean out a ruck he always makes an impact.

A lot will depend on how Lowry settles in at 10, a good performance from him & I back the rest of the lads to turn it on.

Have faith.

6-2 bench split, going to be an old skool inter pro then.

Yep, this has drained my confidence a bit tbh.
Hopefully the lads are fired up and have a point to prove without getting all silly and giving away penalties and cards.

No worries, I can watch again!
From the rolling glens of Antrim through the hills of Donegal we will stand and shout for Ulster as we win both scrum and maul from the lovely lakes of Fermanagh tae the shores of ould Lough Gall we will scream and shout for Ulster as we beat them one and all!
