Higher impacts now with strength and conditioning. Brains are too vulnerable. Time to bin the sport or bring in weight restrictions.

Uwe Seeler, German footballer died today. One club man (SV Hamburg for 26 years). Precious few of these about anywhere these days. Even in rugby, they're not all that common, or are they?

Major General Artem Nasbulin on the 12th July 2022 ( which probably means he missed most of the live GB News coverage of the 12th from Armagh) whilst on holiday in Nova Kakhovka ( twinned with Saint Etienne Du Rouvray), near Kherson, Ukraine.

Need to remove the unwritten bias in favour of the ball carrier. Return it to a contact sport rather than a collision sport.

Reduce numbers to 13 players with no flankers allowed in a scrum 3/2/1 formation. Will have a quicker game with less collisions where speed trumps size.

Not sure about Ms Graham but it is certainly over for Judith Durham!
Hope is not a strategy.
