D'ya miss me?
... I took a 4 year sabbatical into the real world ... d'ya know what Dave ... it sucks. At least you know the quality of headers in this place, take the baul Rum for example ... say what you like about him, he might have run drills passing a brick and tackling lampposts in Isoline Street ... but as far as I know he didn't eat an under cooked bat 3 years ago.

So judging by the A team announcement for Friday night, Sheridan, McDonald, Flannery, Lyttle, Telfer and O’Brien won’t be in the team for Connacht, they they were the only ones with a realistic shout tbh.

The Ulster Rugby Show was pulled in favour of a random TOTP episode from 1987.
Mental as Anything were at number 3 but didn’t feature sadly.
Janice Long (RIP) and Mel (RIP) and Kim were on.
Gary Davies didn’t seem to realise that Moonlighting by Al Jarreau (RIP) was from the TV show.
Good to hear The Christians again.
The hugely underrated a-ha performed Manhattan Skyline. Their new album True North is out in October pop pickers.
Anyone hear me do The Sun Always Shines on TV at Robinsons?

Wasn't Sam Carter on the bench for Milli Vanilla that episode ... Just in case they needed someone to cover pretending to be a rugby player on stage with them?

A lovely backline right there. Carter and Matty Rea? I despair.

Carter? Why? Is there no one else fit?

Connacht will fancy us up front (what's new) but we have the quality in the backline to do serious damage with some decent ball. Parity up front and we have enough to win this.

Connacht backrow will be dangerous.
