Munster will be missing a number of players.
On the injury front, Stephen Archer will undergo surgery today having suffered an ankle injury against Bulls last week.
Following the weekend’s action, Jack O’Sullivan (knee), Liam Coombes (hamstring) and Tom Ahern (shoulder) will all go for MRI scans this week with O’Sullivan expected to be unavailable for the medium term.
Jean Kleyn will go for a scan on a rib injury today and his availability will be determined later in the week.
The eight Munster players selected for Ireland’s Bank of Ireland Nations Series fixtures travel to Dublin today.
In positive news, Simon Zebo (calf), Mike Haley (groin) and Roman Salanoa (head) will all return to full team training this week.
Academy lock Edwin Edogbo (calf) is progressing with his rehab and his availability will be determined later in the week.
Alex Kendellen will increase his exposure to full team training with a view to returning in the next few weeks.
Unavailable: RG Snyman (knee), Jack Daly (knee), Alex Kendellen (head), Paddy Kelly (head), Keith Earls (thigh), Andrew Conway (knee), Fineen Wycherley (shoulder), Antoine Frisch (calf).
Have resigned John Ryan on a 3 month deal and signed Oli Morris an IQ'd centre from Worcester till end of season.
Munster players in Ireland A panel and available for selection (fitness permitting) - Tom Ahern, Diarmuid Barron, Jack Crowley, Shane Daly, Dave Kilcoyne and Roman Salanoa.

Kleyn probably has a badly bruised elbow too.
They could be really struggling in the second row.

Think both teams are going to be severely depleted for this game, hopefully some young guys get an opportunity

Zebo apparently is fit again. A dose of the auld E coli would do him the world of good by the shape of him.

Guess of a team providing the sickness clears up.
Warwick, Stewart, moore, AOC, Carter, rea, jordi/ mccann, Duane, Cooney, burns, Lyttle, Marshall, Hume, gilroy. Mcilroy.
With doak, moore, izzy, andrews, EOS, big G, Rea on bench.
Expect a few of them to perhaps miss out, but that would be competitive no matter what munster field.

Interesting to see if Rory Sutherland (illness permitting) will turn out for Ulster / Scotland this weekend.
This Scotland Australia game is outside the November Test Window so Ulster don't have to release him etc. No England / France based players available for Scotland this weekend.

The last time I watched Zebo he gave an exhibition display in tackle avoidance -- he was always good at it -- now he's perfected it
Within this carapace of skepticism there lives an optimist

FFS, now I do agree with that! Scary indeed.
From the rolling glens of Antrim through the hills of Donegal we will stand and shout for Ulster as we win both scrum and maul from the lovely lakes of Fermanagh tae the shores of ould Lough Gall we will scream and shout for Ulster as we beat them one and all!

I wonder will they suffer in the 2nd half?
It’ll be good for team bonding anyway, a subject that everyone has in common.
