Re: Ulster V Stormers Friday 27th 7.35pm
I don't think Carter's ever been as bad as some on this board think. He's a good, reliable pro. I think the expectation that an NIQ signing should automatically be a better class of player than the local boys has hurt him in the eyes of fans. The old gap between the southern and northern hemispheres, that was undeniable when rugby first went pro, has closed.

He's getting an extension!
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?

It would appear the management don’t share your views on NIQ’s for next year.paddybrown wrote: ↑Sun Jan 29, 2023 3:05 pm I don't think Carter's ever been as bad as some on this board think. No his hair.
He's spent too long looking at the back of John Andrew's head and has become extremely jealous.

FFS StandUp - you are clearly not a true Ulsterman if you have "moved on."
We still haven't forgiven Delon Armitage, yer man Brew or even that Irish guy who used to play for Toulouse , so iwe'll all be long dead before Jono is up for forgiveness from the good and the great of the UAFC.
I certainly revelled in his failure at Ckermont.

Marcel owes us nothing Mervyn. We couldn't match his contribution to get us across the line. Piutau and Afoa agreed.big mervyn wrote: ↑Sun Jan 29, 2023 8:45 pmYes. The illustrious UR dead to me list

Apart from that year on his contract, that he had no intention of honouring because covid made him homesick. Despite being back home for most of it. Anyway, Jono Gibbes passed on his cure as he finds himself now in Japan.CIMANFOREVER wrote:Marcel owes us nothing Mervyn. We couldn't match his contribution to get us across the line.
