any chance of Henderson next week?
You've got to get your first tackle in early, even if it's late.

Good question, any news?
From the rolling glens of Antrim through the hills of Donegal we will stand and shout for Ulster as we win both scrum and maul from the lovely lakes of Fermanagh tae the shores of ould Lough Gall we will scream and shout for Ulster as we beat them one and all!

Only time I've seen Addison on the pitch all season was coming on to say hi to his Sale mates.

Was Warwick a HIA? He mentioned 4 HIAs and name checked those 3, so hopefully all who went off are available.

He had a load of ice strapped to his leg. Didn't look good.

My interpretation was the three named checked were not HIAS, the 4 HIAS have a stand down period of 12 days, then he corrected himself and said one of the HIA was only a 7 day.

O'Toole definitely out for QF

Now to guess / remember who the 4 HIA were from Moore, Lowry, Hume, Marshall, Balacoune....

Marshall and Lowry were def two of them...

Hendy pictured at the empire. I can't see a cast but one arm is obscured by a pint.
