new low that, dans tactics horrendous, team horrendous, referee horrendous
You've got to get your first tackle in early, even if it's late.

As has been said here before it has turned too much in to a night out for a gossip with your mates with the match as a secondary distraction. “Ooo we’re off to the Ulster match tonight. Who are they playing? Oh some team from down south.”
The hostile cauldron was silenced in the first 10 minutes when people realised that Connacht were here to play and we weren't. The fans cannot be blamed tonight, the 23 lads in white decided to roll over and have their bellies tickled.

This Ulster team do not like it up them. If you play us, all you have to do is have a real go and get physical and we will wilt.

We have been brill for far too long … playing in a brad pitt league that Leinster are simply too good to be in even with the Saffers filling space…

Dan need to feck off now
Bryn need to feck off for too long in charge of operations and going backwards
Petrie well I’m now convince he is another Logan feck off now

Not sure the backrow would have been worse with Greg Jones and Matty Rea in it . It was that bad.

Absolute and utter disgrace of a performance. Remember Dan last year complaining about the try we should have had against Stormers which deprived us of a home semi - this year we get a path to a home semi (flukily because of our massive implosion mid-season) and then what happens? We choke.

Unfortunately it’s the same old record under McFarland. The brutal truth is we haven’t been set up to win when the heat comes on all season, or for that matter in previous season.

End of road.

Get McFarland out
..one more thing

We got to a home quarter against Connacht. As far as knock out games go, a home game against Connacht is about as good as you can hope for.

And we still brad pitt the bed.

The culture of mediocrity permeates this club from top to bottom.

Agree mostly with you Crouchie but I strongly believe that the team react to a noisy crowd to help carry them through. Yes, they were woeful for at least 76minutes.

The better side won. Ulster were horrific.

Ulster will win nothing with Billy Burns. How he continues to be backed week after week and no other 10’s get a chance is beyond me. How do you find out if they are any good 🤷🏼‍♂️

Relying on a 37yo NIQ to be your ballast in the pack is also not going to work. McCann is powder puff, falls off tackles, timoney comes and goes, has his moments.

Billy Burns was not the problem tonight. Ulster were blown away at the breakdown, it's not the 10s job to clean out rucks. Our pack was man shamed.

You're on a roll Crouchie. Clearly we don't do 'contesting rucks'. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Anybody know how many penalites we gave away?
I have a theory: a team wearing white is easier to see, so get penalised more than a team wearing, say, green.
If only that actually was the reason. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
