Wow! Logical, sensible, albeit with a serious (but not out of the question) investment.
Having said that, when did logic ever have a place at Ravers?

Bonus point win for Ireland 20s v Australia in a very soggy Cape down in South Africa, Galwayesque. 30-10.

Disappointed to hear the news this week that Irish u18 scrumhalf David Armstrong has chosen to quit the age grade pathway, he was a talent who would’ve just missed out on an academy contract which will now go probably to Clark Logan next year

Yes
If he is as talented as his brother then it’s another huge loss.

Anyone know why Armstrong quit? If he has real talent, why not stick at it?

Would he have started for the U19s this summer? Logan played up last year for the U19s while Armstrong stayed with U18s - suggests Logan ahead in the pecking order perhaps?

Think he wishes to study in England or Scotland.

Hasn’t been training with them thus far anyway. Will be interested if he’s actually part of the IQ team travelling over to play the U19s - think they are due to have a fixture Wed 26th July.

U19s were training v the Academy today & think Walker was running with the Academy. He seemed to be U18 last year so would have been good to see him with U19s if still ok age-wise but seems like not happening.
