Probably slightly stronger than expected, though some rotation. Brilliant to see Moore back.

Where is Lowry now in terms of position and pecking order. Is he now 4th choice fullback after Addison, Moore & McElroy? Out of the 10 picture too - Doak maybe the 3rd choice behind Burns & Flannery? Know has been muted a move to wing but again looks behind a few. Obviously with Addison’s injury profile & Moore covering centre you’d expect he’ll still get plenty of gametime but seems to have fallen off the radar a bit when doesn’t seem long ago he looked like emerging as Keenan’s back up for Ireland.

Lowry should convert to no.9. He’s around the same height as Dupont but not as muscular (why not?), he’s a much faster and more elusive runner than Doak - all he has to do is brush up his box kicking and he’s there. Austin Healey and Houggard were both very good at wing and scrumhalf.
I was a big fan of JTA - was he let go because we had too many NIQs or could we not afford him?

Lowry picked up an injury against the Bulls and this is the first time we've seen him since. Suspect he's being eased back in of the bench and would be surprised if he didn't start next week. Unless Addison gets back to his best, for me Lowry is first choice when fit.

I believe that Stewart Moore also spent two years at BA, having moved there for his 6th form studies. So an impressive 6 from Ballymena Acad. I doubt if they have ever all played in the same match day 23.

Wilson going well again- great support around him in scrum but finding his feet well. Gym and fitness will set him well too.

Weather didn't help but average against a Lions team lacking quality and depth but tons of guts and thranness.

Agreed - it was great for them - they will carry the memories forever! The ball was nearly bigger than the wee lassie you refer to!! Lovely to watch and brightened up an otherwise bleak time!!
